Chef Latisha was amazing! She prepped a beautiful variety of caribbean dishes for us — West Indies chicken curry, rasta pasta, and arroz con gandules — and every single bite was packed with flavor and spice. The chicken was tender, the pasta creamy, and the arroz perfectly seasoned. She slow-cooked everything with care, filling our kitchen with smoky, spicy aromas that enhanced the whole experience. Beyond her cooking skills, she was incredibly clean, calm, and organized. She listened attentively to our needs, and packed us with delicious and nutritious meals for the week. Highly recommend booking her — we can’t wait to have her back!
