We had the pleasure of welcoming Chef Mills into our home for a 2-hour meal prep, and it was an incredible experience. Beyond the delicious dishes—pan-seared branzino with creamy mushroom orzo, golden Maryland crab cakes with apple cider slaw, and lemon rosemary chicken over herbed couscous—what stood out most was him. Chef Mills has over 37 years of culinary experience, and it truly shows in the way he works. His soft, positive demeanor immediately made us feel comfortable, and his attention to detail was evident in everything from seasoning to presentation. He was calm, professional, and brought such warmth into our kitchen. The meals were beautifully balanced, portions generous, and the entire process was seamless. We’re so grateful for the care and craft Chef Mills put into our food and experience. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to book him again
